Something else?

Add your own items to the checklist and your helper will cover them every visit.

Company that's more than a check-in

Two hours leaves time for the things that make a week feel full: a walk, a card game, lunch together, or just a long talk. Your helper notes how it went, so you know what made them smile.

  • Walks and outings
  • Games and puzzles
  • Cooking together
  • Calls with family

Errands, handled and accounted for

Groceries and supplies

Your helper works from a shared shopping list and restocks the basics before they run out.

Pharmacy pickups

Prescriptions picked up and brought home, so nobody has to drive across town to get them.

Every dollar tracked

Receipts are photographed and the total spent shows up in the visit report.

Small jobs on the way

Library books, the post office, dry cleaning: the stops that are easy to put off.

A second set of eyes on the house

Helpers walk through the home every visit looking for the small problems that turn into big ones: a trip hazard, a dripping pipe, a smoke alarm on its last battery. Anything worth your attention is flagged at the top of the report.

Helpers, not nurses

Our helpers are there for company, errands, and peace of mind. For medical needs, they'll make sure you know so the right people can step in.

What helpers do

  • Check in on mood, appetite, and mobility
  • Make sure the medication organizer is on track
  • Keep them company and get them out of the house
  • Run errands and keep the kitchen stocked
  • Keep an eye on the home's safety
  • Send you a full report after every visit

What they don't do

  • Give medication or manage doses
  • Provide medical, nursing, or hands-on personal care
  • Replace emergency services: call 911 in an emergency
  • Make decisions without the family

Questions, answered

How long is each visit?

About two hours. Most families book two or three visits a week, and you can change that whenever you need to.

Can we add our own tasks?

Yes. Add anything to the checklist, from watering the plants to a weekly call with a grandchild, and it becomes part of every visit.

Who pays for errands?

Purchases are made on your loved one's or your family's behalf. Every receipt is photographed and the total is shown in the visit report.

What happens if something's wrong?

Your helper flags it in the report as routine, contact today, or urgent. Urgent issues reach you right away, and emergencies always go to 911 first.

Do you help with pets?

Happily. Feeding, fresh water, a walk or some play, and a quick tidy of the litter box, yard, or crate.
