How it works
From first call to first visit in about a week
Tell us about your loved one, meet the helper we match you with, and get an update after every visit.
- Tell us about your loved one. Who they are, where they live, and what would help most.
- Meet the helper we match with you. Someone local, introduced to your family before the first visit.
- Visits, a few times a week. About two hours each, on the days that work for your family.
- An update after every visit. A full report, photos, and messages, right on your phone.
- 01
Tell us about them
A short form and a phone call: who they are, where they live, and what would help most.
- 02
Meet your helper
We match someone local and introduce them to your family before anything is scheduled.
- 03
Set the schedule
Pick the days and times. Most families start with two visits a week and adjust from there.
- 04
Stay in the loop
Get a report after every visit, message your helper, and see photos as the visit happens.

A helper who fits, not just whoever's free
We match on location, schedule, and personality, then introduce your helper on a call before the first visit. If it isn't the right fit, we'll find someone who is.
“Mom and Maria talked about gardening for twenty minutes on the intro call. That's when I knew.”

During the visit, you can follow along
Check-in when they arrive
You see the moment your helper starts the visit, so you know they made it.
A checklist, worked live
Wellbeing, home, kitchen, mail, errands: each item is checked off as it happens.
Photos and messages
Your helper can send a photo or a quick note mid-visit, and you can reply right away.
Notes from you
Ask them to look for something specific today, and it shows up on their checklist.
Time on the visit
The report shows when the visit started and ended, down to the minute.

After the visit, a report you can actually read
Every visit ends with a summary: what was checked, what was bought, photos, a note in your helper's words, and a clear flag if anything needs your attention.
- All good
- Nothing needed follow-up.
- Routine follow-up
- Something to keep an eye on, like a low supply.
- Contact today
- Your helper thinks the family should check in today.
- Urgent
- Reaches you right away, after emergency services if needed.
Questions, answered
How quickly can visits start?
Usually within about a week of your first call, once you've met your helper and picked a schedule.
Do I need the app?
The app is where reports, photos, and messages arrive. Reports are emailed too, so anyone without the app still gets them.
Can I change the schedule?
Yes. Add, move, or skip visits as plans change. Let us know a day ahead when you can.
What if my helper is sick or on vacation?
We'll let you know and offer a substitute your family has met, or reschedule if you'd rather wait.
What if we're not happy with the match?
Tell us. We'll introduce someone new, and the next visit will be with them.
Peace of mind is a few visits a week away
Tell us about your loved one and we'll match them with a helper who can start this week.
