About
Built for the families who can't just drop by
We started in Lake Havasu City, where a lot of parents retire a long way from their kids. The idea was simple: someone local who visits, helps out, and tells the family how it really went.

"I'm fine" doesn't tell you much from 800 miles away
Phone calls are good for catching up, but they don't show you an empty fridge, a pile of unopened mail, or a smoke alarm that's been chirping for a week. Families wanted someone they trusted to be there in person, and a clear picture of how things were going.
- Before
- Weekly calls, guessing, and a visit home every few months.
- After
- Someone there twice a week, and a report you can read in a minute.
What we hold ourselves to
Show up
Same helper, same days, on time. Consistency is most of the job.
Tell the whole story
Good days and off days both go in the report. Families can't help with what they don't hear about.
Respect their home
It's their house and their routine. Helpers fit in around it, not the other way around.
Know the limits
We're not nurses. When something needs a professional, we say so quickly and clearly.

Helpers who live where your family does
Our helpers are neighbors: retirees, students, parents with a few free mornings. What they share is patience, reliability, and the habit of noticing things.
- Interviewed in person
- References checked
- Introduced before visit one
- Trained on the visit checklist
“Nobody should have to choose between living their own life and knowing their parents are okay. A couple of good visits a week and an honest report makes the distance a lot smaller.”
Let's find your helper
Tell us a little about your loved one and we'll take it from there.
